patchwork blocks in a pattern known as Georgetown Circle or Single Wedding Ring or Crown of Thorns. In
excellent condition and with lovely hand quilting.Age - Circa 1940's - 1950's. Where from - Indiana. Hand Sewn - Yes. Machine Sewn - Some machine sewing in the setting of the borders. Hand Quilted - Yes. Hand and machine hemmed. Materials Used - Plain pink cottons and white cotton. Batting - Medium thickness, cotton batting. Backing Material - White cotton.
