0399 'Log Cabin Quilt' £59.00

A lightweight Log Cabin quilt, in the 'Straight Furrows' pattern, with lovely examples of early 1900's prints. Has 'puckering', so would be ideally suited to use folded over the back of a sofa etc. as the quilt lies flatter when folded.

Age - The quilt top appears to be older than the backing, with fabrics typical of the early 1900's, while the backing material is circa 1920s, so it's likely that the top was made and the backing put on at a later date.
