0610 'Postage Stamp Coverlet'
An astounding piece of work! Postage stamp patchwork is so called because of the tiny pieces used, and this quilt maker had the patience to put together over 5,500 one inch patches! Not a quilt, as there is only a patchwork layer and a fine cotton backing. Postage stamp patchwork is highly sought after and a collector's item in the USA. This would make a unique daytime bed cover, but not strong enough to use as a practical bed cover. Would also make a fabulous wall hanging although it is a large size.

A cute quilt in bright red and white with different coloured hand embroidered cats in baskets. A practical quilt made from durable fabrics and machine washable on a delicates setting.

0608 'Sunburst'
An antique quilt with lots of wear and stains, but with fabulous detailed hand quilting. This is not a practical quilt for everyday use, but will appeal to those of you who are interested in the history of quilting or who would like to use it as a display quilt on a bed, quilt rack etc. Would also make a striking wall quilt.

0607 'Diamond Chain'
A vibrant quilt in a cheerful pattern, the petal shapes appear to 'dance' on the quilt! Gorgeous fabrics in the patchwork and a caramel brown backing. A fabulous work of art! I believe this unusual pattern is called Diamond Chain?

6158 'Antique Crazy Patchwork Section'
This is a lovely, unfaded patchwork section, circa late 1800's with a delightful selection of cottons in strong colours of indigo blues, Turkey reds etc. Would look good as it is, draped over a trunk, quilt rack, armoire door etc as a lovely example of American patchwork history, or it could be hemmed to make a small sized decorative piece, or used in other craft items.
